4) I give permission for the named casino to release all information

5) I agree to be truthful and honest in my communications

6) I agree not to settle this claim without first notifying
BestCasinos of my intentions
to do so. I further agree to release all terms of any settlement
agreement with the BestCasinos.
7) I also understand that this complaint may be posted or
broadcast by the BestCasinos.
8) I understand this is a free service offered with best intentions
and that BestCasinos may
cease acting on any dispute at any time after giving me notice
of their intention to do so.
9) I also undertake not to hold BestCasinos
or any of their employees liable for any costs of any sort
that may be incurred directly or indirectly in dealing with
this dispute however caused.
10) I will refrain from spamming any news or user groups regarding
